We have service through Verizon. We have the Droid2 Global phone. We travel out of the country quite a bit. I have a foreign sim card for the phone. We contacted verizon about unlocking our phone and they said that we do qualify to have the phone unlocked. I was transfered to tech support. He had our account and gave us 2 different codes. When I put the sim card in, the phone went right to the screen asking for the unlock code. We tried both of these codes and neither code worked. Any ideas on why the unlock codes are not working. Please advise.
