I have been trying to unlock my bootloader, and having very little success. I am using the htcdev. site. I get all the way to the point where I enter commands into the command window in order to communicate with my phone through the computer. However, all it ever says is 'waiting for device'. I have entered 'find device' and have no success with that also. It just simply returns to the home line of text in the command center.
I have also typed in 'fastboot' and that brings up several options in the command center. But I couldnt get many of them to work anyways.
Long story short, all I need to do is figure out how to communicate with my phone through the command center window, and im good to go.
I have turned on USB DEBUGGING. (ive tried it on and off)
