Type of micro usb plug used in dock

Does anyone know if the micro usb used in the droid desk dock has a specific name or type? The usb plug used in it does not have the little locking tabs that are traditionally present in micro-usb plugs. The absence of them makes it really easy to remove the droid from the dock and I want to buy one to try to incorporate into another dock. I suppose I could always try to break off the tabs, but I would prefer to find an off the shelf solution since it already exists.

It could just be me, but wouldn't you want it come out a desk dock quite easily? I remember the clock dock for my OG Droid and the locking tabs didn't really make it difficult to remove it anyway, just sometimes the dock would move due to the lightness of it.
