trouble removing the screen lock

I set up a screen lock on my phone because I was calling people while I was putting back the phone in my case or sometimes when I stuck in in my trousers.Now I want to remove it and I can't.
I followed the directions but on my phone it does not say NONE in the security section.
It says select one of the following: None ,Slide,Face unlock,Pattern,Pin or Password.
On my phone it doesn't show NONE.

Can you just select slide? So you have to touch and slide to unlock the screen? Or is that what you had before and you were calling people that way?

No just the pattern,the problem started after i installed the password pattern.
