Translate Words W/ Cam App?

I was wondering if there was an app that uses a cam to instantly translate words and symbols. I was wondering because i saw an app using a camera to look at chinese symbols and translate them. I think an app like it would be a great idea cause i need one for japanese.

Google Goggles can do this with some languages. I haven't tried Japanese yet.

thanx alot. it seems to translate just simple symbols. little helpful but i need something that can translate sentences and mayb paragraphs. i hope some developer makes a type of app for that.
