Touch Screen doesn't work.

Hey guys new here, can anyone help me with this problem? I have a Droid model A855 and i just replaced the digitizer because my buddy hit it out of my hand and it cracked. It was still working but wanted a clear screen again. I replaced it and now I don't get any touch response. Any suggestions??
