Totaly wiped OS system. Need help.

I was using the Team Win Recovery and I checked a box I didn't mean to. I wiped everything on the phone including the external card. The only thing left on the phone is the Team Win recovery Project. How do I get an OS back on the phone. I can't seem to put anything on the external card to load on the phone.

This problem has been fixed now on to the next!

After deleting the OS by accident I used Matt Groff's Droid RAZR Utility and all was good.
