Tilting phone causes disconnect in calls

I doubt this is rom related, but running sapphire 1.o on my droid one. Over the last week, I've noticed if I rest my phone on my shoulder and against my ear, I can hear the person I am talking to, but they no longer can hear me. I am forced to hang up and call back. Very annoying. Is this an isolated issue or do others have this problem?
Any fix?

This happens to me and i eventually figured out it was my chin hitting the mute button.
