The screen is taking up a lot of battery.

78% as a matter of fact. It's been that way since I got it back in February. I think the highest it's gotten up to is 84%. How do I fix it? I have it set to "dim bright screens to save power" but apparently, that's not working. I even installed Juice Defender like 30mins ago and I'm still losing battery. I know it said to give it a day or two to work effectively, but damn.

If you use you phone a lot the screen will ALWAYS use the majority of your battery.

For instance, with the screen on constantly, many smartphones will only last 3 - 5 hours and the screen will be 80% or more of battery use. Those exact same phones will last 12 hours or more with intermittent screen use totaling an hour or so. In the latter case screen usage may be 25% or less of total battery.
