Hello everyone, My name is Mike and I am glad to be apart of this forum. I have an awesome phone with capabilities that exceed most phones, even though it is the first android. I am currently trying to switch phones to another android, but when I turn the phone on, and have to use the slide lock, the sensor on the phone itself doesnt register my finger therefore i can only turn the sound on and off. is there any way to bypass this feature, or do I have to get another phone??? it is driving me crazy

Welcome to Droid Forums. Sorry to hear you are having issues but are you not able to access the phone at all? If that is the case there may be something wrong with the sensor, have you tried to take it into Verizon?
