text and etc

Everytime i get a call or text or email it speaks i have call or text from so and so how do i cut this off please

can no one help me on this all calls and texts say ou have a call from tom johnson and the same with text and mail says u got a email it just started this please help

drop down notification bar, unselect driving mode. if that doesn't work, go to sound settings and turn off the voice playback.
