Suggestions?

    I currently have the Verizon shell/holster combo on my droid. The piece that fits on the screen no longer stays on and I don't know what to do, I bought the case about a month. I purchased it online, do I just call customer service and tell them the problem or go to the store. I believe the product has a 90 warranty.:motdroidvert:

    I'd recommend going to the store. It is a Verizon case I believe so you should be able to talk it over with a representative and get a new one. I have one and I love it.

    I got mine from the Verizon store and enjoy mine a great deal. If I had any issues I'd simply return it for either another one or a refund.

    How quickly do you want a replacement? The store is likely to be faster.

    Go to the store, its alot easier to prove its faulty (simply by them looking at it) and also you can walk out with a new one that day as well.
