Volume Changes Help
I've been having this problem for about a month now. I always have my sound for ringing all the way up, but when someone calls I never hear it. Then when I check my phone I have missed calls, so I then check my volume its at no sound (as in no vibrate just on silence) but it won't move up or down when I press the volume key on the side. Is there a way to fix this? I have to constantly restart my phone and I do the updates once a month. I don't want to keep missing calls especially from my husband who is in the military.
And no I am not accidentally hitting it as it is on the desk next to me or on the night stand when I am asleep
