Skype Shortcuts?

I was wondering if anyone has figured out how to put a Skype contact shortcut on the home page (or in my case my favorite contact page). I had some friends move to Japan and wanted to keep a shortcut on that page.

I.E I want to click their icon and call them via Skype.
