situation on my d3 to d4

I have a d3 on the way to me now when I found out d4 was coming out real soon ....so someone says ....does anyone know when d4 comes out and how much?...
and how much could I get for a d3 brand new and not even out the box?
and could I use dark droid or steel droid rom for d4?

The current target date for D4 is February 2nd. Verizon's high-end 4G smartphones go for 300 each, I don't see why the D4 will be any different. I'd pay 350-300 for a brand new Droid...seems that if it's brand new you bought it from a retailer and if that's the case you should have at least 14 days to return it. D4 hasn't been rooted as it's not out yet, thus any speculation on what ROMS it can run would be purely subjective.
