Now,most of us have had Fission ROM,are we still getting the OTA Upgrade (VZW) just in case?(I'm too lazy to find this in the forum,if this was asked already :D )....I'm on 2.4.2 Rom now and by going to Settings>About Phone>System Updates i don't see any activities not like before, anyone here experiencing this also?

Most certainly Fission ROM has OTA disabled. OTA's are usually patches, not full ROM's and if you apply such update that's designed for the official ROM which Fission has not much to do with, you are getting a non booting phone for sure :)
