Couple questions. ...... where do I find the menu to have my screen dim when charging? And in the settings, what is accessibility menu? ??????

Answers:

Question 1:
I am assuming you want turn off the screen when you say "dim."
Home > Menu > Settings > Applications > Development > Uncheck the box for "Stay Awake."

Question 2:
The accessibility menu is for the hearing impaired.
