Saving data to internal memory causes random reboots?!?!

Ok so i started saving some videos and music to the internal memory becasue im running out of space on my SD card. Well ever since i did that i get random reboots. I dont get it, why would this cause random reboots? Or what can i do to prevent them?

Chances are its something else. Could be an app or other hacks youve installed.

Well if i remove the files from the internal memory it works fine. So im pretty sure its the files them self.
