RSD flash issue

So my refurb phone has crapped out and I'm trying to flash the stock SBF so I can send it back in to Verizon. I have RSD 4.2 and am loading the phone bootloader by holding both volumes and power. Then I connect the phone. When I select my SBF (common stock SBF online, DROID2WE_X6_2.4.29FULL.sbf) I get the status message "Chipset type 53 not supported." No idea what this means so any thoughts??
