root question!!

Before you start judging, I did look around on the forums and found nothing at all!

I watched and downloaded the files from the 10 min root video/post. I got to the point where you enter the codes 1.bat. and when i do enter that code and all the others it says no device found... anyone got some tips?!? I've looked everywhere.. maybe I missed something???

Oh and after installing HTC sync, it says it wasn't installed properly. Using Windows 32....

after about 10-15 sec of device not found pull battery and try again. its a timing issue. just keep trying.
