This week has been a heavy week in development for the Droid2Global! This week we bring a barebones version of Cyanogen Mod for your D2G, via Developer "aceoyame". This is Version 4 of this Rom which has become very usable but still has no GSM support for now. This Rom is built on the GB kernel which should help out with the battery life. It includes some tweaks and mods for increased speed and performance. The Egl and bluetooth are working in this build. Keyboard and Lockscreen issues have been fixed. Camera Zoom will be supported with the use of volume keys. Go launcher EX v2.39 is included.
Some things have been removed to get it working nicely with the D2G such as chinese and arabic font support. CM themes are removed, but theme support is left so that you can download your own themes. Stock apps such as mms, email, calendar, and calculator have been removed (you can use corresponding Go apps, or install gapps)
This Rom is still in the development stage but offers many things to adjust and play with. This Rom will just continue to sharpen as development continues!
