Ringtone Trimmer

Did the ICS update get rid of the phone feature where you can edit or trim a song to create a ringtone?
If it did, that sucks! That means I have to dl an app just for that.

Nope... it's still there in the stock music player, just a little different to get to it. Well a song is playing, tap Menu button (hard key or down arrow by song/artist/album name), then "Set as Ringtone", then hit the "Trim the ringtone" button and proceed as normal.

That's odd?! I found out what was wrong. It was the song file I dl. For some reason the ring tone trimmer feature doesn't work for that particular song file.
I picked another song and the feature came out.

Same problem. Get the option of seeing a song as ring tone or contact but doesn't give the trim option.

If you have the file on your computer you can just use Audacity to trim it.

I use ring tone maker. I was just commenting that the stock music player was not working in that aspect for me.
