    Hey guys

Is it possible to re-route things in android? like for instance when I voice dial from my bluetooth can I have it use "voice search" instead of "voice commands?" or when I use voice search to say "play muse" have it launch subsonic instead of the default music app?

    I have a rooted d2 on squidley.

my understanding of android is limited, but could one, for instance, rename / remove voice commands binary and replace it with a shell script or symlink to voice search?

Yes, but only certain apk's seem to allow for this and voice search isn't one of them. I had both the Android stock voice dialer and verizon/naunce voice commands installed and when pressing the bluetooth button the standard default option screen came up with both available

there are a few others available but I didn't find any good ones and am currently using verizon nuance even though it lags badly

I'm using fission 2.3.1, I never tried squidly so of course ymmv
