So... maybe this has been covered a bunch, but I just can't find it anywhere on these forums or any other search I've done. Maybe my google-fu is bad. Either way...
I have a DX and whenever I text with Swype I keep hitting the friggin' Voice Control button next to the period. I want to know how to deactivate that little button while keeping Swype.
Someone said to use Root Explorer and edit the apk files associated with it. Which is great, but I can't figure out how to get from R/O permissions to R/W. Someone posted a picture of a menu option that is clearly not there on my Root Explorer on an extended hold of the file.
Any help would be appreciated.
