I recently replaced my screen on my HTC Droid Incredible after a drop, complete shattered front. No problem and yes I did the work because of no insurance on phone. It was quite simple. I now have cracked the screen diagonally. I purchased a glass front with the frame. My question is this, can I remove the speaker and place in the new frame? and Is it ok to move the sensors across the bottom of the screen that works the quick keys to the new frame as well?
