Random reboot on droid 1 and lose 3g and bluetooth

I am about ready to launch my phone into orbit!! I one day lost my bluetooth and my 3g signal. I restored my phone to an earlier version of Ultimate Droid and it came back. Then the phone randomly rebooted and I lost it again. The only way that I have found to get it back is to restore my phone to an earlier rom and then it is a guessing game as to how long it will take before it will shut down again. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
