It appears you are rooted in order to see at least some of those. I wouldn't delete ANY of them.

I haven't rooted my phone at all. Or at least, I don't recall rooting it. I only updated the firmware on it and that was about 1 or 2 years ago. However, the xml files are web pages that dont have anything, and the other 2 are unknown. The folders were seen when I connected my phone to the labtop and deleted a bunch of game and ad folders when connected due to only being able to see them on the labtop.
