Random case question

Random question...I got the body glove case for my X1, but I couldn't use it because I also had the extended battery, and it created a ton of pressure and caused screen distortion.

Well, when I got the X2, I used the extended battery, and tried the case again, and this time it worked without any distortion. could it still be putting enough pressure on the innards to be causing any kind of damage or problems?

If it is taking a lot of pressure to squeeze around it I wouldn't trust it and would try to find one for an extended cover. I would imagine it is out there somewhere. I just don't like putting any undue stress or pressure on my phone FWIW
