Where do you post questions, do you post them in the newbie section, the discussion section, or the tech section.

Most importantly, you post them in your topic so that people don't ignore a thread that just says "questions". Descriptive titles are key!

Which forum you use depends on the nature of the question. Since this question is about how to use the site, it should have gone in "New Member Introductions & Site Assistance"

Welcome to the site, Mstina. You obviously figured out HOW to post a question. Now just figure out WHERE to post it.

Look on the main screen at the different forum sections and find your BROAD topic. Then go to that forum and search for your topic. That's on the right hand drop down box near the top of the screen.

If you find your topic, read about it and REPLY with a new question in that topic and it'll add your question to the thread (that's the list of conversations under that subject) and it'll push it to the top of the general list, such as this one on Droid General Discussions.

Guurzak had a good suggestion too. Make your TOPIC VERY descriptive. That way more people will read it if it is in the area of their interest.

Enjoy learning.

Just post your questions wherever you'd like. The mods can/will move them to their appropriate section, and it gives the something to do anyway

haha j/k
