Question about TBH app .340 sfb

So if I download the .340 sfb file from the Team Black Hat app directly on to my phone, do I just go into recovery and choose “apply sdcard:update.zip” and let it do its thing and then I’m sfb’d to .340? Or should I choose it from the “install zip from sd card” menu?

I assume I should wipe before doing this, correct?

You have to do it on your computer using RSD lite.

There are guides and youtube videos all over the internet... once you have the files and RSD lite, it's not that big of a deal to SBF.

Unfortuntely, I have a mac, not a PC and was wondering if there were workarounds. All indications are a strong no.
