I have an HTC DROID ERIS. Before I charge it overnight, I power it off. In the morning, when I turn it on, under SETTINGS, the Sound Profile is set to Silent. If I change it to Normal, and go out of that screen and return to it, it has reset to Silent. The only way I can get it to stay on Normal, is to act as if I'm going to power the phone off, and under Silent mode (even though it's set to "sound is on"), set it to "sound is OFF", and then immediately reset it to "sound is ON". Then the Sound Profile under SETTINGS remains at Normal the rest of the day.
Other than keeping the phone on all night, is there a setting I can make so I don't have to go through the above exercise each morning?
