Prevent some apps from accessig the internet

Is there an app out there that prevents certain apps from accessing the internet?

I know that Miui has this feature, but I don't want to go with that ROM.
I know that JuiceDefender does this, but it doesn't seem to play well with Android 4.2.1

It threw my phone into a bootlooping cycle. Obviously it does not play well.

Any other ideas?
