Power/locking button problem

Hello, I received my Droid4 yesterday for Christmas. I was using it all day yesterday with no problems, then I woke up this morning to a problem with the lock/power button. Essentially it acts as if it doesn't work, but it does when I am trying to do a normal reset or turn it on. So I tried a factory reset which didn't seem to fix the problem, any idea's on what it is and how to fix it?

So the problem is it only wakes up the device and resets, not lock it?
