Potentially Fast Shutter Speeds and More Teased for Moto X Phone's Camera on Twitter

Just a couple of days ago, Motorola just Tweeted this teaser for potentially faster shutter speeds for the camera on the Moto X phone (and perhaps the enhance speed of activating the camera with the double-wrist-twist function) . Their Tweet sarcastically points out that many of the cameras on today's smartphones are too slow to capture some of our favorite moments. The Tweet quips,

Either this kid is really fast, or today’s phones are really slow. #AlmostGotIt pic.twitter.com/mdMEOGqfhr

The more they tease about this phone, the more impressive it becomes. It looks like Motorola might just have another hit on their hands with the Moto X. It's been quite some time coming, but we are certainly excited to see it!

What's ironic is that Motos' cameras are probably the slowest ones. Insulting themselves?

Until phones have true flashes in them instead of bright LEDs, it will never stop. Same for slow focus times. They have gotten better over the past couple of years but still, my wife's S4 still has the issue though a little better than my S3.

Thats what they need to do. It has a 1/1.5 sensor with an actual shutter with control over the shutter speed. Thats a real camera built into a phone. It also has IOS built into the lens. A+
