Possible Display Fail?

Today I went to use my phone and the screen wont display, the pixels light up but that's it, it just stays blank. I can swipe my finger across and the screen and feel it vibrate when it unlocks so I know the OS is under there and working. It also vibrates when receiving messages yet, no sound tho. I have rebooted and the boot logo is all messed up, just black an white crooked bars going across the screen. I have tried getting into bootstrap but no luck.

This is my 3rd or 4th certified like new replacement.

Anyone have any suggestions?
