Plz help amazon ?

Everytime I try to buy a phone through amazon to upgrade or add a line verizon denys it... I've had service with them for like 8 mnths now n I have two lines (started out with one but then added line THROUGH verizon).... W T F is up with this I can't afford verizon expensive prices.... I even tried that one website that advertised alot on here wirelessfly or something like that can anyone plz help me..... I REALLY WANT THE SONY ERICSSON XPERIA PLAY BUT CAN'T AFFORD VERIZON PRICE....
