picture messages

Ok so I noticed a while back ago another Jrum ROM I think it was remix 0.8 would not send pictures in handcent.Now this new one I noticed today will not send picture messages.Anyone else experience this?or have any idea WTF

yeah i cant receive pic messages either hope theres a fix

I have not tried to receive them but I know it hangs sending.
