Pics and fwds

Ok has anyone on the verizon network had any problems with receiving and sending pic messages or fwds. I'm using the htc incredible and my wife has a samsung fascinate and its the same. They take a day or 2 to even show up or when they come they they won't download. Anyone?

I am rooted and she is not sooooooo?
