pic message receive problems

Every time I receive a pic message from someone it says national access not allowable and then i have to download the pic and then it just shows a blank message and can't open it. HELP!! plzz

update your roaming capabilities. it worked for me. i had the same exact problem

how would i go along doing that... It's not my phone it's my friend with the problem and i dont know how to do that

Dial. *228 and press option 2
