I have been unable to get my Droid to access documents that exist within folders that I have placed within my General Microsoft Outlook location. Does any one have any idea what can be done to solve this problem?
We'll need a lot more information than that to help. Where exactly are these folders within Outlook? What do they contain? How are you syncing with Outlook?
they are all emails, some sent and some received, some of which contain attachments of various sorts - jpgs, word docs, excel spreadsheets, etc. I'm not sure I understand about the syncing question, but when i'm in my email accounts (outlook and AOL), I touch to open folders, the folders then appear and when I click on those to open there is nothing coming up in the folder.
