I've been having an issue since the summer on my Droid (original one) - out of nowhere all of my old previously deleted texts will start reloading and it freezes my phone in the process. Once they stop reloading the phone is unfrozen and I can use it, re-delete all texts and then they just keep reloading and reloading. I've been back to Verizon and they have no idea why this is happening or what to do about it other than to wipe the phone and start from scratch. Before I go that route I wanted to see if anyone else has this problem and what, if anything, they have found to remedy it.
