OK, now this

So I replaced my whole SD card with a brand new one. Seems the phone is working just ok. It still lags quite abit. My biggest issue noe Is that Pandora hardly works and radio time app is extremely choppy and when it does play song's it only plays like half the song. I'm really losing my faith in my beloved android! anyone advise me?
