Here is a cool new theme from theme developer "c_hale22". This is the third theme of the "DOPE" theme series. DOPE Blue is a stylish theme that adds elements of blue throughout your phone. This theme is mainly composed of blue with shades of Black, grey, and transparency. This includes some neat new innovative features like 3D spinning notifications! Elements that are themed include system ui, framework-res, clock, nav, notifications, icons, dialer, plume, falcon pro, power settings toggles, browser, and more! To apply this theme you will need to be rooted and you will need to be running a rom that works with the theme chooser.
