new Rom ?

I just rooted my tb and was wondering if I install a new Rom will it erase all my stuff again so I have to download my alps again like after I rooted

Yes. But down titanium backup and backup your apps. Search the forum

download titanium backup (pro is worth the extra money but not necessary)
go in, and hit menu
select batch
do a batch backup of all user apps (dont do system)
let it run
wipe data/cache
flash rom and radio
boot up
skip setup
sign into market
download titanium (it may be included with the ROM, if it is, skip this and the previous step)
open titanium
menu
batch
batch restore user apps with data.
DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT restore system apps/data as this will usually cause issues.
after the batch restore is complete, you should be good to go.
you may have to go into settings and make sure gmail and calendar are sync'd but other than that, everything should be sweet.

if you are at all interested in backing up text messages and phone calls, get the 2 apps below and use them to backup/restore what you want

ive heard people talking about flashing radios... do i do this the same way as flashing a rom? and where do i find a radio to download and flash onto the tb. thanks this was my first time i have ever owned a droid.... and then rooting it! puhhlease
