I'm planning to buy a new phone through amazon/eBay. I don't want to spend more then 140. I have an HTC incredible 2 & want to get a phone that can get or has ics & above. Any phones that would fit this question. I'd like to stick with HTC but am not against other brands. Please help.

I think the Rezound may be going for cheap now since the DNA is out. Very solid phone and should fall within your budget.

Razr, or razr maxx I've seen both used for under 200-, if you have a choice, get the maxx for the bigger battery, good luck
