new HTC Incredible user and need so much help

I have had my Droid Incredible and some things are driving me nuts and I'm wondering if or what I can do about it.

Don't really know where to start with this darn thing, somethings I've figured out and others, oh well.

I will be reading the posts and hoping to see maybe some folks that have my own same issues.

Part of me thinks maybe I should have changed it, and other times I think this is cool
