I just themed and installed it...I'll let you all know if there are any differences....It's rebooting as I type.

Straight from the app....

1. New header design makes it easier to reply to or star messages.
2. Performance boost for most features.
3. Lots more cool stuff you'll love.

Looking at it...they moved the "Star" and "Reply" icons to the top. It also pins to the top while you scroll down the message, allowing you to reply/star the message at anytime instead of scrolling back up.

Other than that....looks exactly the same.
