Need more Stickies

I think we need more stickies as several people on here made great tutorials and step by steps and I notice I have to dig for them if I need reference.
I also notice a bunch of threads going from bootanimation to recovery flash_image instructions, Im not totally innocent I have probably contributed a post or 2 in a jacked thread to help someone out too, just my rant as it took me a few min to find the tutorial lost in the mix on here
