need help with ebay app

me again,i'm gonna learn this phone if it kills me,lol,i am a ebay seller,and i need to use my ebay app to show completed listings to reasearch the junk i'm buying a yard sales,,app will show completed listing,but does not work,?i have been in settings and can't find anything to make that catagory work,thanks sandy
