I often use my phone as a music player and have only had minor problems in the past, such as the songs being in the incorrect order. Today I pulled up my music library and when I tried to play an album which has always played in the past, and a message popped up on the screen saying that the format is not supported. I tried out an mp3 on the phone and that still works, but no wma. Anyone else have this problem, and if so do you know how I can correct it?

It is perhaps, your player has gone corrupt, or there might be some viral app running in your phone. Have you restored factory settings to try it again? If not, do it and check it again, if it works, otherwise, get new software installed.

I'm not sure what was wrong, but I reformated my SD card and everything is fine again.
